Caitilin Terfloth┃Executive Director

As Executive Director since August 2024 and Program Manager since 2016, Caitilin brings over a decade of experience in non-profit administration and management to Sage Hill Writing. She has been a volunteer coordinator, served on several boards, and has a long history of volunteerism.  While completing her BA Honours in English, Caitilin was first an Associate Editor and then Co-Editor in Chief of the University of Saskatchewan Undergraduate Research Journal (USURJ). She enjoys writing, collaborative storytelling, and creating opportunities for other writers to develop. She is a master of the myriad details necessary to produce professional level programming that relies on a small and versatile team.

Tia Hendricks┃Program Assistant

As a new member of Sage Hill Writing, Tia Hendricks is a recent BA Honours in English graduate and an MFA in Writing candidate at the University of Saskatchewan. She supports her team members with a diverse skill set and is driven to continue learning about the province’s writing community. She is interested in writing, creating, and becoming more knowledgeable in both crafts.
