I, the participant listed above, grant Sage Hill Writing Experience Inc. the right to publish and use any photographs, audio, or video taken of me, with or without my name, for any lawful purpose in connection with Sage Hill’s 2026 Spring & Summer Programs.

Photographs, audio, and video in which I appear will be used solely for reporting to program funders and for archival, marketing, publicity, and/or other public relations purposes, such as advertising, web content, and social media.
